With over 19 years of experience in architecture, project management, construction, and interior design, Crismary brings a uniquely comprehensive perspective to real estate finance—one that balances creativity with risk management, and design vision with investment precision.

Her background in code compliance, zoning, and safety standards translates seamlessly into real estate investment analysis and underwriting. Known for her meticulous attention to detail, Crismary ensures every deal is built on a foundation of integrity, rigorous documentation, and streamlined workflow—from origination to closing. Before launching Panamericana Capital, Crismary led complex projects across residential, commercial, and mixed-use typologies.
