By using and/or visiting this website and/or utilizing the services of Panamericana Capital LLC (collectively referred to as the “Services”), including entering your user ID where required on www.panamericanacapital.com or via the Panamericana Capital mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to any of these terms, please refrain from using the website or the Services.

Please note: Your loan application with Panamericana Capital LLC is subject to a separate agreement provided during the application process.

The term Panamericana Capital LLC includes its affiliates, managed funds, vendors, agents, and personnel. Each such entity is independent, and no partnership or joint venture is implied by shared branding. By using the Services, you confirm your agreement to all applicable terms and conditions.

Panamericana Capital LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the Services following posted modifications constitutes your acceptance of those changes. Please review these terms regularly to stay informed of updates.

Eligibility

Use of the Services is void where prohibited. By accessing the Services, you confirm that:

Third-Party Service Providers & Information

You agree to:

Allow Panamericana Capital LLC and its service providers limited access to third-party sites on your behalf to provide Services;
Grant Panamericana Capital LLC and its service providers a limited power of attorney to act as your agent strictly for purposes outlined herein.
